Current Events
- "Ms Jan Neumann has been appointed to the role of Principal of Brigidine College commencing in 2009. Jan is an experienced Catholic educator, having held leadership roles for many years. She is currently the Principal of St Monica's College, Cairns.
Her prior appointment, from 1989 to 2001, was as the Deputy Principal of All Hallows' School. Ms Neumann has also worked for the Brigidine Sisters in Queensland and New South Wales. Ms Neumann holds the qualifications of Masters of Educational Leadership,
Bachelor of Arts and a Teaching Certificate. Mrs Sayer, who had planned to complete her term at the end of Semester 2, has generously agreed to continue in her role as Principal until the end of 2008. I know that many will be very grateful for Mrs Sayer's decision to remain until the end of the year.
We will celebrate the end of Mrs Sayer's leadership over the past 10 years later in the year prior to our welcoming Ms Neumann in 2009. Meantime I ask for your continued prayers for the students and staff of the College for a highly successful year for all." Ms Terry Creagh, Chair of Brigidine College Board.

The Principal's Farewell and Celebration will be held at the College on Friday 31st October 2008.
During the day a celebration with current staff and students will be held. This will be followed by a cocktail function in the evening at 6pm for the staff, parents, past pupils and invited guests.
Invitations will be issued in Term 3 2008.
Senior Class of 2007
Brigidine College had 78 students who were OP eligible: of these 5 students received an OP 1; 58% of students received an OP between 1 and 10 and 78% received an OP between 1 and 15.
99% of Brigidine students who applied to QTAC received an offer. 86% of these students were offered their first or second preference. Most students have enrolled with University of Queensland or Queensland University of Technology.
What a magnificent effort. Well done to the entire graduating class of 2007.
Enrolment Information
Enrolments are being accepted for students commencing Year 8 in 2010, 2011and 2012.
Enrolments have been confirmed for Year 8 2009. A waitlist is still open.
